FrameRate's ContentServer Hosting Service allows you to experience the benefits of ContentServer as a service.

Hosting Plans

FrameRate offers several ContentServer hosting plans. Each plan includes hosting of client's content on servers located in FrameRate's secure data center.

Level II - Web-Based Content Delivery Service
Provides client remote access for management, publishing, scheduling, and playback of content. Includes remote control of many optically or RS-232 controlled devices.

Level I - Web-Based Content Delivery Service
Provides client remote access for management, publishing, scheduling, and playback of content.  Does not provide remote peripheral control.

Optional Modules & Services

Additional MediaPlayers
All hosting plans include a license for content delivery to one MediaPlayer. Pricing for additional MediaPlayer licenses includes price breaks at five, ten, and fifty players. Call for pricing.

Storage Fees
First 500 MB free. Call for pricing on higher storage requirements. NOTE: There is no charge for video files stored on the local MediaPlayer at the playback location. Only files stored on FrameRate servers are subject to charges.

Data Conversion Service
Provides automatic capture and conversion of data from client sources into formats suitable for delivering to the Millennium Content Network. NOTE: There may be custom programming charges to create the conversion scripts.

NOAA Weather Data Feeds
Provides weather forecasts and current weather conditions for counties and regions in the USA.

Content Management Services
FrameRate offers content management services allowing you to outsource your content creation.

Terms & Conditions

Each hosting plan includes the following:

• Pricing based upon an annual contract.
• Hosting of client files on FrameRate servers in a secure data center.
• Once client account with up to ten user accounts.
• Content stored on a RAID mirror drive.
• 24/7 server access with schedule down times for maintenance.
• Off-site differential backups performed nightly. Full backups performed weekly. Backup files kept for one week.

Setup and Training Fees
There are NO SETUP FEES! Operator training is accomplished via online conferencing. Normally, operators can be trained in less than two hours.
