Your messages, print graphics, and multimedia files are sent to FrameRate via E-mail, Internet web-based forms, mail, or fax. We translate your orders into finished programming and send it back to the Millennium system at your location. Planned turnaround for most messages is one business day. In many cases, turnaround can be accomplished in minutes.

The first step is to contact FrameRate! We will discuss your specific needs. Pricing and terms are determined by several factors. Typically, we charge an initial setup fee, followed by quarterly or annual service fees. Rates start at $995 per month.

Once we determine your unique requirements, we will create the initial programming using information and messages provided by your organization. The initial programming will be sent back to you as a video tape for your review and approval. This process takes a few days.

When we have your approval and order, FrameRate will deliver and install our Millennium System at your facility. This may be at your city hall or at the cable operator's head-end. Lead time on this step is usually less than ten days. Installation takes only minutes. When this step is complete, you are on-air!
