PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT

SANDY, UT, March 17, 2002. FrameRate, the leading provider of complete multimedia delivery solutions, announced today the introduction of a ground-breaking new product, the Millennium Web-Enabled Display Server, a powerful web-based approach to creating and managing a multimedia and video messaging system.
The Millennium Web-Enabled Display Server allows the operator to access and control the system from any web browser on the network, thereby eliminating the need to load proprietary software on workstations. This greatly simplifies operation and reduces IT management costs.
The major benefit of this approach is that the Web-Enabled Display Server can be placed in the cable headend or at the point-of-display and still be accessed by operators across the network.
More information on FrameRate products and services may be found on the FrameRate web site at http://www.framerate.com. Online demos are available.
